What are the opening hours of the Staff Centre?


The Staff Centre and sports facilities are open to internal NATO HQ occupants only from 6h30 until 19h45 Monday to Friday and from 08h30 until 15h45 on Saturdays and Sundays. The Staff Centre catering facilities are not available at this time..




What services and facilities are available in the Staff Centre?


  • SPORT FACILITIES: the Sport Centre offers a range of facilities available to members, including:
    • Tennis Courts (indoor and outdoor)
    • Fitness Studios (Relaxation Room and Martial Arts Room)
    • Full-service Gym
    • OmniSport Hall
    • Squash Courts
    • Badminton
    • Pool
    • Football Pitch
    • Running Track
    • Changing rooms with lockers and showers

    • Group Fitness Classes
    • Personal Training
    • Swim Lessons & Group Classes
    • Tennis Lessons & Group Classes
  • CHILDREN’S CAMPS: During school holidays, Sportivun offers children’s camps for youth ages 3 – 12 at the NATO Staff Centre. Contact Sportivun via their website www.natocamps.eu for further information.
  • COMMERCIAL SERVICES: The Staff Centre is home to several premium retailers:
  • BBF: Your expert for residential and serviced apartments. Opening hours from Monday to Thursday from 10.00 to 16.00
  • Diamantica/Eternity: Your expert for jewelry and watches. Currently open on appointment every Wednesday. Appointments can be made at 02 745 45 49
  • Concordia: your expert in insurance coverage. Opening hours from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.00.
  • Food and drinks: for the moment, the Staff Centre restaurant & bar is still closed but you can contact the reservation service ( restaurant2272@aramark.be) if you would like to organize a reception, a drink or a banquet / barbecue for groups for 20 to 50 people (with respect of Covid regulations).




I do not work at NATO – Can I join the sports centre, or one of the sport clubs?


At this time, access to the NATO Staff Centre is restricted to internal NATO HQ occupants only. Outside of COVID circumstances, the NATO Staff Centre is available to external members through the following channels:

  • As part of a cooperative agreement with an external organization.
  • Through membership and active participation in a NATO Sport Club.
  • As a family member of a NATO HQ occupant.

Call the NATO High Five reception desk on 02 808 2232 and ask for more details, or visit their website at https://natosportcentre.highfive.fit To have access to the NATO Staff Centre you need to obtain access rights from the NATO Office of Security (NOS). Without an access card you cannot become a member.




What NATO clubs are available, and can I join them?


NATO cultural and sport clubs offer varied activities from petanque and choir to children’s football and aikido, with many mainstream sports and cultural activities in between. For more specific information on the clubs, please visit the Club Sports tab of the NATO Staff Centre website, or contact NCSCcommittee@hq.nato.int




How can I benefit from the advertisements on the website?
