Suspension Training is a body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete 100's of exercises. There are many benefits to get involved with this sport!

Second, there were significant decreases in waist circumference, body fat percentage, and resting blood pressure. 1 class is an hour long and there is a maximum of 12 people per class.
