New Year, New Ideas

Here are some ideas to rock 2022!

  1. Why would do you want to work out? How would you feel if you succeeded? Write it on a post-it note and stick it to your fridge or bathroom mirror for you to see every day!

  2. Take one step at a time. Small steps lead to big results.

  3. Be as precise as possible about your objectives. How much weight do you want to lose? How far do you want to run? How many times per week do you want to meditate? How much time would you like for yourself per week?

  4. Partner up with someone. For most people, it is easier to work out in a group or with a partner. This can be your spouse, colleague, best friend or daughter, or son. It’s called accountability: not showing up is much harder when someone is holding you accountable. Why not get a personal trainer who will make sure you show up to your sessions, push you to your limit, and support you with expert knowledge?   5. Traveling for business, don’t have a babysitter, or don’t want to hit Brussels traffic at rush hour? Work out online, whether it is with an app, an online coach, or live online classes. It has never been easier to train anytime and anywhere.
