Tennis is a life time sport. Children, teens, parents, grandparents and great grandparents play. It can be played for life because it is a low-impact and non-contact sport.
As one of the oldest sports, early forms of the game were played in Europe in 1100s, and tennis has evolved through history as a nations favourite! There are many reasons why you should get involved in playing tennis, here are a few:
Improving Hand-Eye Coordination
Strong Heart, Muscles and Bones
Improved Social Skills
